Why don't Crome and Opera display the favicon?

This is what the icon looks like in Chrome and Opera. In Firefox, everything is fine, everything is displayed. The icon itself is 16x16, png, filled in at the root + connected with the code in the head

I cleared the cache, Chrome Canary - the same story. What could be the reason and where to look?
