How to set the default browser in Windows 7 with additional options at startup?

You need to move the Opera cache to a folder on the RAM disk. I made a launch shortcut with --disk-cache-dir=A:\Temp and it works.
But if the opera was called by an application (like, answer why you uninstalled our wonderful antivirus) or by clicking on a link in the application, the opera again creates a cache in %username%/appdata/local.
Registered in the registry:
[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\http\shell\open\command]
@="\"C:\\Program Files\\Opera\\launcher.exe\" -noautoupdate --disk-cache-dir=A:\\ Temp -- \"%1\""
[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\https\shell\open\command]
@="\"C:\\Program Files\\Opera\\launcher.exe\" -noautoupdate --disk-cache- dir=A:\\Temp -- \"%1\""
But that didn't help. Where else is hiding?
