Why doesn't Windows setup start with LiveUSB?
Notebook Asus K53SJ. Windows 10 was updated, the system stopped turning on (only a black screen with a white cursor appeared). I decided to restore or reinstall the system. Reading the LiveCD does not happen at all after some drive thinking (the priority is set correctly). It was the same with a flash drive. When I turned on UEFI mode and wrote Windows to it using Rufus, during the installation of Windows 10 only the logo was launched and hung. If you try Windows 7, then Starting Windows appears and then a forever black screen. What is this bullshit and how to fix it? I can’t write from a flash drive (I tried different ones), nor from a disk ...

And why did you put it from a flash drive?
Our laptop was supplied with Win7, restore your native one and upgrade to Win10 with standard tools, everything works fine.
PS At the K53SJ itself, so I speak from practice.
