Output to WEB IP camera through Asus RT-N16 router with 4G modem?

Good afternoon! I am faced with the task of bringing a Chinese no-name IP camera to the Internet. To connect to the Internet I use 4G from Megafon. Old router Asus RT-n16. My procedure:
1. I collect a bunch - everything works inside the network.
2. I use DDNS xxx.asuscomm.com because Megaphone issues a dynamic IP. Through DDNS from the Internet I get to the admin panel of the ASUS router.
3. I forward ports to the IP camera (port 81 installed). xxx.asuscomm.com:81 - refuses to display the IP camera admin page.
4. I tried DMZ indicating the IP camera - via xxx.asuscomm.com - it does not display anything, access to the admin panel is lost.
Can you please help me make this connection?

@lifecrew

1. Install OpenWRT firmware ( Asus rt-n16 ) on the router
2. Install openvpn-server on the server with white static ip, generate certificates, configure firewall and port forwarding.
3. Install on OpenWRT openvpn-client ( howto )

You probably have a gray IP, without vpn with a white address is unrealizable

Internet tab - DDNS The
wireless router uses a private WAN IP address (192.168.xx, 10,x,x,x, or 172.16.xx). This router is in a NAT environment and the DDNS service cannot work. Could
this be the reason?
