Why did the backlighting of the motherboard and tape stop working when a video card was connected?

Hello. Can you please tell me what I could do wrong?

Background:
Literally today I bought a video card, before it I was sitting on an integrated circuit. PSU with a capacity of 800W, the minimum required for a GPU is 650. When a video card was connected, the PSU was turned off. After connecting, I turn it on, the backlight works only on the video card ... This is not such an important thing and catastrophic, but because of interest and aesthetics I would like to decide ...

Thank you in advance!

Download ASUS Aura, turn off and turn on the backlight through it

Had the same problem. As it turned out, the problem is in third-party software, which also affects the operation of the backlight (I had Logitec GHUB and MECH Cooler Master). Discord also has a process that is responsible for synchronizing with the existing backlight. I demolished the drivers, killed all these processes and Aura got up as it should, everything worked.
ps Motherboard and video card were from asus
