Advise what to choose for a small office for 20 people.
You need either some kind of piece of iron like a router with a firewall function that could monitor and cut traffic, that you could build beautiful graphs for users and display where users go, create filters for cutting traffic, etc.
There is also a win 2003 server, maybe there are programs for win with a non-horse price tag?
