Black screen after turning on the computer/saving BIOS settings?

Hello, yesterday I bought this assembly: https://www.dns-shop.ru/conf/84322fe67b4bfc86/
At first the computer turned on, but there was a black screen on the monitor, then I updated the BIOS and the BIOS appeared at startup, I rummaged around in the settings and saved , black screen again, reboot does not help (Even the BIOS does not open). I rebooted the BIOS (pulled out the tablet from the motherboard for 10 minutes (does not reboot less)), tried not to change anything in the BIOS and exited without settings, but still a black screen. The motherboard sees all the components. I don't know what to do, please help...
If the configuration does not open:

@tsklab

Processor AMD Ryzen 5 2600 BOX
[AM4, 6x3400 MHz, L2 - 3 MB, L3 - 16 MB, 2xDDR4- 2933 MHz, TDP 65 W, cooler]
RAM Kingston HyperX Predator [HX432C16PB3K2/16] 16 GB
[DDR4, 8 GBx2 , 3200 MHz, PC25600, 16-18-18-32]
It does not have the required DDR4-2933 with delay schemes 14-14-14-34, 16-16-16-36 and 18-18-18-38
but there is Intel XMP 3000 MHz (15-17-17), 3200 MHz (16-18-18).
I found advice: after starting the system, you need to go into UEFI and turn off XMP mode. Maybe with a slower memory you can do it.
