Why doesn't Windows Server 2016 Task Scheduler run tasks?

985f518753bdb8eb684f2fd7a9a9c8f3.png
The time is 10-50, but there is no sense :(
The service is running - tasks are not executed.
The log is empty.
At 7, this whole thing works without problems ...
Any ideas?
In general, nonsense, if you set it once and repeats, then it works on repetitions daily and repetitions - it no longer works (it worked at 7)

This is a well-known, albeit little-discussed, bug in server 2016. They promise to fix it in the autumn update.
The bug is that auto-repeat stops working after server reboot.
A crutch is to translate the date of the first launch to a future value so that the system restarts it and goes to process it. And thus translate the task arrows after each reboot.
