How to set up two network routing in Windows 2012?

On Windows 2012, there are two interfaces
192.168.100.150 and 192.168.1.6, the routing and remote access role is installed.

On a client in the network 192.168.100 I try to ping 192.168.1.1 - the interval is exceeded although tracert redirects to 192.168.100.150 after the command

route add 192.168.1.0 mask 255.255.255.0 192.168.100.150

, but no ping.
