Why doesn't Windows 10 show the contents of the D drive?

Hello, the problem is this, there is a D drive, I don’t even remember what is there, the size is 449 mb, I open it, but it says “This folder is empty”. I tried to show hidden files and folders through the View, but it did not help.

500 megabytes is like a tenth reserved area that someone has assigned a letter to (usually this section has no letter).
What does it say in Disk Management?
