Laptop warranty and bad sectors on HDD?

Good afternoon. There is a laptop Acer Aspire E5-575-38QT. Bought last year in May. Recently I saw such a picture . The 5ab0ba5b6830d207407970.jpegquestion is, does it make sense to carry it under warranty, and if so, how to do it right? Previously, usually if something was attributed, then it did not work at all and it was a long time ago. And here, as it were, specific. There are bad sectors, but the laptop is working, but if they began to appear, then soon there will be more of them. I do not pretend to return the money, a new hard one would be delivered and I was satisfied. Is this a warranty case? I don’t want to give my hard-earned money later for a hard one, especially since there is still a guarantee ...
UDP: As I understand it, the HDD of the last years of Victora cannot be treated, that is, you are afraid that it will be treated in the SC and then they will say that everything works, you didn't seem to be

Slippery case. One year seller's warranty on the verge of expiration. The manufacturer's warranty is unknown in what condition - maybe it has already expired (if it is also a one-year one).

but the laptop is working
It seems to me that the risk of data loss is also abnormal and can be taken as a formal basis for a claim. In theory, the buyer should not be interested in the technical source of the problem - i.e. stupidly hand over and wait for elimination or replacement with a serviceable one. But, quite possibly, you will have to prove, or even threaten to appeal to the Consumer Protection.
I suppose the first step is to try to negotiate without conflict in the SC itself.
