USB HDD ExFat partition became read only
Again something happened to the USB HDD (Toshiba 320GB). It seems that during the recording on it, the ExFat section became read-only, i.e. files were not deleted from it and were not written, Windows offered error scanning, but it hung at 0%, while the first FAT32 partition worked fine.
upd: I transferred it to the computer (137GB and the suggestion to format it was after mounting it into a virtual machine with ubuntu), now it has returned to its initial state: read only.

Fixed by removing the flag that makes the ExFat partition read only (replaced 02 at offset 6a with 00), forum.ixbt.com/topic.cgi?id=11:43421-63#1880 . While it seems to be working.
most likely your file table
has crashed Try to scan it with some ontrack
Try www.cgsecurity.org/wiki/TestDisk it helped a lot to recover lost FAT
