How is it correct to write the title and alt of the picture added to the article? Capitalized or small? Should they be different?

If yes, then it is theoretically better to write the title of the picture with a capital letter, since this tag was created for people and there is a chance that someone will see it someday. As for alt, the case of letters is not important here, since this description of the picture is purely for search engines.
