Which PC would you recommend out of these three?

I want to take a PC. For the most part I'm a proger, but in the evenings I'm an avid gamer, although not one of those who care about all the latest games in 4k resolution. I play mainly cs, eurotrax and similar games. But sometimes something like a remake of resident evil comes out, or VTM Bloodlines, if it finally comes out, and I feel like playing them. I have a monique huawei mt34, they promise that there is 165 GHz, but 140 is enough for me, now I generally play at 60)) Resolution is 2k.

So, there is a budget in the region of 120k on the PC. I always wanted MSI, unfortunately, it ended with a normal vidyuhi, there is a trident, but it is almost 130k with a 12GB vidyuhi (3060 nvidia), and I'm not sure that there are norms with cooling. In total, I chose these 3 applicants. What would you recommend?
Of these, only MSI is known, the rest xs who and why, but they are suitable for the price tag and characteristics:

Trust only the first one, but the video card is rather weak there. Plus, it adds a bad emotion (a month ago I could buy the same MSI for 97k, but with a 2060 card, but hesitated).

The video card is more like the latter (AMD), but for the rest xs. There, in the FAQ section, the seller wrote full specifications, like everything is cheap, except for the card. Huh, maybe worth it.

I also don’t know how significant the difference between the processors is: 10400f and 11400f. Maybe someone knows? And I'm not talking about synthetic tests, but about real work / games.

NEVER buy ready-made assemblies from those who are interested in selling components . Shit is stuffed into this assembly, no options, or they will take a triple price for your Wishlist.
Finished iron is ALWAYS more expensive than self-assembly from the same components. If this is not the case, then somewhere they are trying to deceive you by slipping a marriage or BU . When you buy a ready-made assembly, you can’t even check if the new hardware or BU has been cleaned up. This has become especially true with the total shortage of video cards. Are you sure that the store did not mine on this video? They easily turn TVs and laptops turned on on the racks, and few people will tell the buyer about it or offer a 30% discount for it, because BU. Why is a computer worse? and more money can be cut down than dubious advertising.
Collect only yourself, order in online stores, the guarantee is valid throughout the country, just more crap.
