Maybe something is possible, but there is a nuance. With a three-phase connection at home , ordinary household consumers need not 380, but 220 volts, i.e. power will come in phases: something is fed from the red phase, something from the yellow or green. You have powered the control from the green phase, and in case of its malfunction, you also deprive the consumers of the red and yellow phases of power. They could continue to be powered regardless of the green, but in such a scheme they will be de-energized.
In a correct way, management should also be fed separately, because it is more reliable.
