Why doesn't VMware Workstation 10 work with Mac OS image?

I found an image of Mac OS for VMware on the Internet, downloaded it, I try to run it according to the instructions, an error occurs:
VMware Workstation and Hyper-V are not compatible. Remove the Hyper-V role from the system before running VMware Workstation.

You can disable Hyper-V without uninstalling it. Start a command prompt with administrator rights and execute the following command:

// to disable hyper-v
bcdedit /set hypervisorlaunchtype off
 
// to enable hyper-v
bcdedit /set hypervisorlaunchtype auto

Both Operations require restarting your computer.
