What is the problem, windows server 2008 in esxi?

Windows Server 2008 is running in esxi, from time to time without a specific frequency there is no way to log in. The system works, but after entering the login / password, it seems to accept and throw it back to the entrance as Windows Server 2008 as the 1C server is not available on the network, although it is possible to enter the ball, only restarting the virtual host helps. There is nothing in the logs. Maybe someone has come across this?

Yes licensed version. That's all right. I also mean that the problem is in Windows.
According to the logs in the order of the errors:
An error was detected on the device \Device\Harddisk0\DR0 during the paging operation.
Fatal failure of an I/O operation initiated by the registry. Registry failed to clean up hive (file): '\SystemRoot\System32\Config\SOFTWARE'.
The security system encountered an authentication error for the ldap/domen.local server. Error code received from the Kerberos authentication protocol: "There are no servers that could process the request to log on to the network.
(0xc000005e)".
An error occurred while processing Group Policy. Windows could not get the domain controller name. Possible cause: Name resolution error. Check that the DNS service is configured and working correctly.
An error occurred while processing Group Policy due to a lack of network connectivity to the domain controller. This may be temporary. A success message will be generated after the computer can be connected to a domain controller and the group policy has been processed successfully. If this message does not appear within a few hours, contact your system administrator.
The server could not allocate memory from the nonpaged memory pool because the nonpaged pool is empty.
The Virtual Storage Filter Driver is disabled through the registry. It is active for all disk drives.
Many will say that the problem is with the virtual hard disk, but I will say right away that the disk has been checked for errors, there are also no errors on the CD with the recording of this server.

I caught strange brakes on ESXi 5.1 too. on 4.x and 5.0 there were no such problems. all hardware - HP, Dell, work great with ESXi, 2008r2 is also licensed, with all available updates - partially even with client extensions from ESXi, but not everywhere
