Why doesn't tor want to work properly?

At the moment, "Loading network status" hangs and the matter does not move further. It connects when it wants, what it depends on is not clear to me. It also happens that it seems to be connected, but the page still does not display.

Need more information about TOR withdrawal. Messages should be like "Connecting to directory server" and "Finishing handshake". It's entirely possible that Tor can't get consensus for some reason. Do you have the latest version?
