Is it possible to force the browser on the tablet to read the included js files?

Hello.
The html page has a jquery slider. The slider is initialized in the included js file in the footer of the page.
In desktop browsers, the gallery "starts", but on the iPad in Safari / Chrome, the gallery is not initialized from the included file.
At the same time, if you write the code in the place of the connected file (directly in html), then Safari / Chrome perceives it normally.
In addition to the slider, there are many different functions in the included file that are responsible for a good half of the page's functionality (jaxes, adding to cart, drop-down menus, etc.)
I really don't want to insert all this code directly into html.
Colleagues, is there any solution?

In order for everything to work on the iPad, turn on strict mode at the beginning of the js file -> write in the first line -> use strict << , then open the site and console on your computer and fix it.
