Why doesn't Tor start with the hidden-service option?

Can't start tor with parameters.
/etc/tor/torrc:

SocksPort 9050
SocksListenAddress 127.0.0.1
HiddenServiceDir /home/****/hidden-service/
HiddenServicePort 80 127.0.0.1:4986

It gives the following output, the files in the hidden-service folder do not appear:
Aug 31 06:04:55.147 [notice] Tor v0.2.6.10 (git-71459b2fe953a1c0) running on Linux with Libevent 2.0.16-stable, OpenSSL 1.0.1 and Zlib 1.2.3.4.

Aug 31 06:04:55.148 [notice] Read configuration file "/etc/tor/torrc".

Aug 31 06:04:55.152 [err] Reading config failed--see warnings above.

The system is ubuntu 12.04. Before that, there was ubuntu 14.04, but I don’t remember such problems. Connoisseurs, help out.

@Mystray

In the log, he complains that there are too many access rights to the /home/****/hidden-service/ directory. Have you
tried giving him what he wants? chmod 700 /home/****/hidden-service
