Problem with Planet FGSD-1022 when working with SNMP

There is a Planet FGSD-1022 which, with a mass SNMP poll, produces quite sane results:

If you specifically go through each port, then all except the 10th will be read normally, and the 10th will give out - 0

Actually a question. Why might this be a problem and how to fix it?
