Freeradius and NAT?

Raised Freeradius, everything works on the local network. On MikroTik, I forwarded ports 1812 and 1813 towards the server, but it does not work. Even tcpdump doesn't capture requests from outside devices. Is it possible to set it up somehow?

ip firewall filter export
Wangyu that 1812/udp and 1813/udp may not be allowed there.
