Why doesn't the read next tag and the shortcode in the created testimonial work?

Greetings! There is a wordpress site created by testimonial. When creating a new object, I want to add a shortcode and a standard read more tag in the editor, but neither the shortcode itself (only its designation) nor the read next button are displayed on the site (all written text is immediately visible)
