How to add xmlproc to python?

I am new to Python.
This is the line where the error occurs: Error text:
from xml.parsers.xmlproc import xmlproc

ImportError: No module named 'xml.parsers.xmlproc'

Tell me how to add the module I need (I'm using Windows 8.1 x64)?

To get started:
1. Don't use -1 on posts_pet_page, it's bad practice. Use more than enough, but a limited number, like 100.
2. $args2 = new WP_Query some kind of illogical variable name, where $posts or $places are requested.
3. Show the withdrawal cycle. Most likely the problem is there.

The problem was in the Post Types Order plugin, since it also added menu_order to the request.
