Why doesn't the Outlook LDAP address book show email addresses of groups from Active Directory?

When a User is created in AD, if you enter an email address in its properties, then it is immediately visible in the Outlook address book, which is connected via LDAP. But if a group is created, then its email address is not in the address book. Of course, the easiest way is to create a user, call it as you need, enter the desired email and that's it. But I would like clarifications detailed on this issue from knowledgeable people.

@Keffer

if a group is created, then its email address is not in the address book.

If you enable the search for "Other columns" in the Outlook address book, the group is easily found.
The search for "Name Only" is performed on displayName.
If you create a group (distribution group, mail-enabled security group, etc.) not using Exchange, fill in the displayName attribute for the group (and when creating using Exchange, this field is simply required).
