How to merge accounts from LDAP and Nextcloud?

Greetings colleagues!
There is such a task: There was and exists a file washer on Nextcloud, it already has users, groups, files, etc. Not so long ago, it was decided to raise the domain and enter all users from different branches into it.
Actually connecting all this was not a problem, the problems got out in another. Even with completely identical outwardly data, when logging in through ldap, a completely new account is created, and accordingly it becomes completely empty. Which leads to some unpleasant moments with users, although the old one continues to exist.
How it is possible to merge newly created accounts through ldap with those that already existed before? The same situation for groups.
I will be glad for constructive information where to dig.

Without modifying the code, this behavior cannot be fixed.
After authorization of the user through ldap, I would transfer files from the "old" account to it. Just copy from the old folder to the new one, then run:
In order not to get confused, you can schedule the transition of users: 5-10 per day and there will be no problems.
