If it is turned off incorrectly, the system prompts you to choose between normal mode and three safe ones.
But the keyboard does not work at this moment. More precisely, it works, but does not respond to pressing. So safe mode is not available for me, and normal mode is only after 30 seconds. What is the problem?

It's about USB.
Or enable USB Legacy mode in the BIOS (USB compatibility mode), or plug the keyboard into a USB2.0 port instead of 3.0.
