What's the difference between OEM Wraith Spire and BOX Ryzen 5 3400g?

Maybe in different coolers or only in a box and a sticker on the case?
Also in the OEM version there is a postscript "Pro", what does this mean?

OEM - for assemblers, there is usually nothing there, except for the processor.
The BOX has a cooler and stickers.
