Why does the DVD drive turn off?

On the computer, when the system starts, the DVD drive does not appear in my computer in the Devices and drives section. It helps to remove the device itself in the Device Manager->View->Show hidden devices and remove the driver of the corresponding drive. After a reboot, it works for the time being, then disappears again. Why is this happening?
