Why doesn't smb and http traffic go in the tunnel between 2 mikrotiks?

2 mikrotika, spaced in different places, the same (firmware 6.10) there is an l2tp tunnel between them (one mikrotik server, the second client), pings go in both directions (routes are configured).
Problem: access to network resources (smb) and http and https traffic between networks does not work between subnets - apparently, for this you need to configure a firewall rule, if I understand correctly. If not, then fix it.
What needs to be configured on mikrotiks for everything to work?

@nimbo

1. do folders open by ip-addresses?
2. if not, then try telnet'om to knock on the ports - will there be something or a reject?
