Why is the PPTP tunnel not going up through the second provider?

Tell me please.
According to this script, I combined several branches into one network. Everything works great.
Now I want to make a backup channel in the branch.
Allocate a separate port for this. The provider gives ip on DHCP.
Configured Distance=2 for the second provider.
If Ping is lost through the first provider, the Internet switches to the 2nd provider as it should be, but the VPN tunnel does not rise to the office.
Through the first provider everything is OK.
How can the problem be diagnosed?
I look at the logs, I don't quite understand them yet.

create marked routes, then mark up connections by interfaces and mark up the route by the connection label
