Hiding the IP address of the VPN client

There is an X server that connects to the router via VPN. There is a desire to hide the ip-address of the X server - so that it doesn’t “fire” not in the router, not in general from the provider’s side. That is, now the connection scheme is as follows:

Server X (vpn client) ---> router (vpn server)

As I understand it, you can use a rented server Y for this purpose, which will connect to the router on behalf of server X. That is, it will be, let's say this option:

Server X (vpn client) ---> (eth1 vpn -server) Server Y (eth2 vpn-client) ---> router (vpn server)

On server Y from eth1 to eth2 there will either be a redirect , or NAT. This is one of the options. What can you suggest to correct?

Otherwise, no way.
How do you imagine a TCP/IP connection to a server without knowing its IP?

Only dumb NAT, yes. You can even double, for a guarantee.

You need to connect through an intermediary located on neutral territory.
Those. somewhere in Zimbabwe there is a host, and both you and the server connect to it.
Quite realizable, recently did something similar.

By the way, you don't need two network cards. One is enough.
