Hardware analogue of ISA Server 2006?

Tell me a relatively budget (from 30k to 50k wooden) hardware analogue of ISA Server 2006 with firewall capabilities, VPN (for 30 people), NAT, and publishing services on the Internet. Thank you.

Maybe a router based on a regular PC with a raid, a couple of high-quality network cards and freebsd or other * nix on board, will do? There are plenty of instructions on how to set it up, and there are also specialists, meet the total budget.

There can be no hardware analogues of Isa, especially with an agent on a client machine.
But gateways with VPN ...
You can try Zyxell ZyWall, the reviews seem to be good.
And if self-assembly, then any junior server from HP / DELL / SuperMicro and put pfSense there, just make sure that there is a supported network card.

Look at juniper, the ssg series, the one from ScreenOS. Inexpensive and does all of the above.
And Fortigate, there are also worthy pieces of iron.
