Does the network, where the work with 1C is spinning, need a speed of 1 Gbps?

In a small office (3 computers + 1 computer server), active work is underway with 1C Trade Management 11.4 (the database is now file, not SQL), the chief accountant set the task of analyzing whether the network needs to be optimized for faster work with 1C. I checked all computers by transferring a large file to each other's shared folders, the speed does not rise above 12 Mb / s, i.e. these are typical 100 Mbps, which is true for hardware. Previously, I did not encounter 1C, as an administrator, I want to ask for clarification, how much is needed for traffic with this program? As I understand it, the most stressful thing happens when generating reports in 1C and searching for nomenclature. Spend 7000 rubles. on network equipment, you can plug cards up to 1 Gbps everywhere, and you can also buy a router with gigabit connectors, but I can’t guarantee

1C you need SSD and Proc with a high frequency, then it will work noticeably faster. For 1Gbit, I agree with the previous speaker, now you will not find 100Mbit network ones. Yes, and 1Gbit will not be superfluous, now it is not needed, tomorrow it will be needed.

So in this version, in the file version, the reports are calculated by the pc of the log, and not by the server ... the server stupidly transmits data to
it. In my opinion, in order to calculate the server, you must use at least a thin client . the same report directly on the server ... Look at the difference 1s nick correct if wrong ...

If the base 1C UT 11 on the server is just in a shared folder without RDP and without publishing on a web server, then the brakes are normal, because. 1C in this mode pumps a large amount of data over the network + does not know how to use server resources normally. What exactly is the reason in your case, in the network or in the server, is difficult to say. I recommend publishing the database on a web server (Apache or IIS) and connecting with a thin client via http / https - the speed of work should increase significantly, because the load on the network will drop by orders of magnitude + the capabilities of the server will be better used.
