Can I give multiple ports the same address?

For example, I want to set all my ports to have the same IP (for example, 192.168.0.1), I want to distribute the same DHCP from them (for example, 192.168.0.10-192.168.0.253).
As soon as I add the 2nd address, the Internet stops working. Seems like it can't be done?

Why didn't Bridge suit you?

It is necessary to combine these ports at the second level into one virtual L3 interface (by selecting them in vlan, say), and already hang IP 192.168.0.1 and DHCP server settings on it.

Of course not. How are you going to route a network with the same addresses at all?
