Hi friends. There is one program that, when turned on, pulls up the current data from the Internet. What program can be used to monitor where exactly it pulls this data from?
PS I understand that there may be all sorts of https and other encryptions, but this is a simple program and not a secret one, and it pulls simple data, and in any case I want to try to determine where exactly.

From light and simple - regular resource monitor, regular firewall.
From a more specific and serious one - wireshark, a local proxy, you can use MITM to see the data.
