Why is the Internet not working on the computer?

The Internet only works in the browser. You will not be able to enter the discord, antivirus, and other applications that require the Internet.

what kind of antivirus that does not work without the Internet?
maybe that's the issue with it? :):)
look at what programs are blocking (antivirus, firewall)
look at the hosts file
try another Internet (distribute from the phone for example)

What settings do you have?
Proxy? vpn ? Are they?
Does the cable from the provider go directly to the PC?
