Openvpn and Broadcast traffic?

5f2e840571bd8444281654.jpeg
Good afternoon. The banal scheme, the client, openvpn-server and vsrx are in the same Broadcast domain. The circuit is live and works without problems. The question is, when I manually change the poppy address of the tap interface on the client, then the same new poppy address immediately appears in the vsrx arp table, but there were no arg requests from the client or from vsrx itself, Yes, they should not be, since the VPn-server pushes the route through itself. I listened to traffic simultaneously on the bridge of the openvpn server and on the client, at the time of changing the poppy address.

I didn't understand what it means to "push the route through itself". Which route?
In theory, when changing the MAC address and a number of other operations, the computer sends out alerts, i.e. ARP replies. This is necessary primarily for switches, but it will not hurt the rest either.
