How to register in windows by regular means in 127.0.0.1 pornoarhive.domsuch a way that it works the same way as it is written in the hosts file, but the hosts file is empty. Is it possible to do this through the registry?

If you want to deny access to the pornoarhive.dom resource, then you can and should use a firewall.
