Mikrotik router: why does the phone connect to the network and the PC does not?

WAN is disabled, 4g modem is working, everything is ok. From the phone I connect via wi-fi, everything is ok.
From a monoblock I connect via wi-fi - it connects, but there is no Internet. On a straight line with a lace - the same thing. What could be the problem?

Check IP addresses to get something via DHCP, it feels like you have statics registered on a monoblock.

But if your router has not been hacked - write directly Google's DNS 8.8.8.8 and you will be happy.
and update the firmware on the router
