There is remote access to the desktop, and different addresses of this PC, for example:
89.888.432.44:3395
dostup.dr.govor.ru:3395
ofice.jxb.ru:3395
and every morning we see a picture that out of three only one works, although in fact they are the same among themselves, if you connect from one PC, when you try to connect from another PC, all 3 addresses can work.
What can be wrong?

Check the DNS domains: govor.ru and jxb.ru
Or you have a local problem, again with DNS
