Installing Windows remotely without access to a PC, perhaps?

There is a PC with the proxmox hypervisor installed (debian based), there is no physical access to it.
The task is to install INSTEAD of proxmox - windows server 2016.
There are a lot of instructions on the request "remote installation of linux", you can reinstall linux, but install windows? Is it real?

Realistically only if it was taken care of in advance.
That is, with my clients that I can turn such a focus on support.
For on Mikrotik the tftp server is raised.
You turn it on, send the computer to reboot and it is already loaded via the WinPE network, after loading it starts the teamviewer and I calmly go to it, and from WinPE you can easily partition the disks, start the installation, or restore from backup.

It is also realistic how to remove the tonsils through the anus. You will need to have network boot enabled on the remote machine, and network boot should take precedence over disk boot. Then, using the Windows ADK, you need to build an image that will automatically format the disk at startup and install Windows on it. Yes, on the same network where the remote machine is located, you need a server that will deploy images. Everything would be much easier if this PC already had some kind of Windows.

But without testing on the spot (in advance), these are such dances with a tambourine that it's really easier to hire a remote popuas who will install Windows and raise the grid.

If the PC supports the Intel AMT functionality - really. Otherwise, in general, no.
