Good afternoon, after installing the component for joomla (swjprojects), all pages of the site stopped opening, except for the main one (AC worked). After digging around, I found the reason, for some reason the links on the site became instead of:
https://site.ru/vhodnye-gruppy
https://site.ru/com-swjprojects/vhodnye-gruppy the
component was not removed from the AC, it was manually deleted from the components folders and admin/components as well as in the database removed the references to this component from the _extensions table.
Apparently somewhere else he made an entry about himself grep -r com-swjprojects did not bring any result, search in the database too, where to dig, where to look?

At you something climbs in routing. Most likely, some plugins or SEO components that are not needed starting from Joomla 3.8. Try disabling all third party plugins.
