Why doesn't (Property linking with payment systems and delivery services) work with automated delivery?

Hello.
Please tell me, when you click on the KAZPOCHTA EMS delivery, the field (DELIVERY ADDRESS) should be displayed, although I selected delivery in the "Order Properties", what could be the problem. I noticed that when I add other automated deliveries, I still do not show the field. And with "Custom delivery service" works.
