Why doesn't PHPStorm connect to the server via ssh via Remote host?

Why doesn't PHPStorm connect to the server via ssh via Remote host?
Through the system and storm console with the same key, everything works fine, but through the Remote host it writes

Connection to 'abcd.com' failed.
SSH_MSG_DISCONNECT: 2 Too many authentication failures for user

I immediately try to enter the terminal and easily get to the server.
How to win?
UPD: I started writing "Provided private key requires a passphrase" in the server connection settings (Tools->Deployment->Configuration)
Could this be due to the added password from the key to the keychain?

Try recreating the connection. write everything by hand, do not copy.

Most likely the storm forgot your passphrase key password. It forgets it after restarting if the "Save passphrase" checkbox is not active
Go to Tools->Deployment->Configuration...
Specify the password for the key and check the box so that you don't forget it in the future.
