Swap file on Macbook with SSD. Enable or not?

Good day to all!

Macbook Pro 13' mid 2012, 4GB RAM with SSD: Samsung 750 EVO. Interested in the question, even a few:
1. Is it worth including the paging file on Macs?
2. what about the swap files on the SSD? Will such an action ruin my SSD?

update : how much is recommended? 2GB?
