Why doesn't my computer turn on right away?

Rarely when you turn on the computer - the computer does not turn on, but instead it automatically reboots (there is nothing on the monitor; in the system unit, all coolers start to rotate; indicators on the front panel of the system unit: "HDD write / read" lights up briefly, power does not light up) . Probably rebooted indefinitely. Helps clicking on the video card. What is the problem?

Check the conduits on the mother and the power supply.
Also check the connectors on the video card. Take it off and clean the contacts.

I encountered such symptoms when the capacitors in the power supply dried up.

There may be a problem with the contacts. HDD board. I recently encountered such a problem, the SATA connector was broken off on the screw.

There are many options, the most common are capacitors, whether it be a mother, a power supply or a video card, the easiest way to make sure of this is to completely disconnect from the outlet, wait ~ 1 minute and try to start.
You can also visually inspect the capacitors for stuck ones.
An effective option would be to turn off all the spare parts, and then connect one at a time and check.
The other day the girl's computer suffered from the same disease. A week ago I got to it, no joke, but a banal vacuum cleaner was enough for the computer, even without replacing the thermal paste.
