Why doesn't Movavi Converter compress videos after purchasing the program?

I bought the program, but it stopped compressing video, did anyone have this with Movavi Converter?
It would be fine if they wrote before activation that the bitrate is changing, I would forgive and understand. But what is it, god? Am I a goof?
