Need advice from people who understand video editing.
The task is this: Make a slideshow - a video sequence of video and photo fragments.
Photos should not just appear and disappear statically during transitions, but move. (Increase, decrease, float, etc.).
We also need beautiful transition effects and additional moving objects in the display process. (lights, sparks, snowflakes, stars).
According to the semantic content, the video sequence will first show a video of how the artist is preparing to create - he takes paints, a brush, and at the moment he touches the sheet - you need to make the following effect: on the video fragment, at the place where the brush touches the sheet, make flying sparks in a fantasy fusion and then go to photo slides.
Can you tell me what program can do this?
How to implement it? (insert gif animation in the right place?)

Vegas Pro 12/13 - couldn't be easier. There, in 30 minutes of video lessons, you can figure it out and do everything that you have listed.
