These are 2 separate files: mp4 and mp3.
How can I make it possible to include video and audio file at the same time?

Get a home media player.
mp3 is placed in the folder with the video file, and called as a video file (we do not change the extension), we
launch it in the home media player mp4.
after that, we poke the mouse on the window and find the audio tracks, select the one that will end with mp3.
And no magic.
